I work with recently diagnosed ADHD adults who are ready to replace self-criticism with self-understanding. Together, we’ll explore how ADHD impacts every part of your life, unlearn masking, and build confidence in your own way of doing things. My role isn’t to make you fit a mold—it’s to help you find your voice, advocate for yourself, and create strategies that honour who you truly are. Together, we’ll unlearn shame, improve communication, and create a life that feels achievable and authentic.
